another wk had passed....another wkend is approaching....another cele is here!!!

yesterday..my lil oven had been doin a lot of work...kekeke...fm 1pm plus work till 8pm plus..non stop..."good job..my lil oven!!" not onli my lil oven had been workin hard..me & cin r very hardworking too...we worked veri veri hard tog with the lil oven..kekekek..."good job to us!!"...."phew"...finally everythg was done!! Bravo!! 3 cheers for us..Hip!Hip!Horray!!!Hip!Hip!Horray!!!Hip!Hip!Horray!!!

Why all the work?

B'cos...2day we hv a mini party at French class..a lil cele and get to gather party b4 class is closed..Closed for wht?..heehee..closed for summer holiday loh...just like my porcenlin class...

so me and cin decided to make egg tarts and curry puffs for e cele....

reached class around 10am plus..we r given a worksheet to work on...and after we fin...we set up the table for the cele...a lot of yummy yummy food...there's egg tarts, curry puffs, nine layer kuey, sushi, fried prawn noodle, kueh dadah, pork ribs, pandan cake, bandung drinks and wine....

Wonderful Gathering a la Arcachon

as summer holidays is approching....the porceline class will b closed...so yesterday we've a small cele and gathering.....had a wonderful gathering with all my porceline aunties yesterday....
we chatted and feasted on the goodies....and of cos not 4getting pics taking..

i've made egg tarts, fried spring rolls, honeydew sago and agar agar for them to try...
glad tht they like it..especially the spring rolls and egg tarts...i thk they nvm try honeydew and agar agar b4...onli those younger aunties like it...heehee...they keep saying merci and praised me for the food i made...say till i feel very paisay....(shy)....and they even *cheers* 3 time for me....hippy hippy horray..hippy hippy horray..hippy hippy horray!!! and wish me good luck and all the best to me when i go back SG...and they say they will not 4get me...*i'm so touched*...

feeling a bit sad..cos i wouldn't b attending the class anymore....by the time class re-open..it was oredi in sept to oct time...by tht time..i wil b busy packing my thgs....gettin ready...goin home....to my homeland..SG....but mayb can get to see them one last time b4 i leave...

Story-Tales of e days....

Goodbye my dearie frens...

fri nite is the nite...end of another wk...sat has arrived...."haiz"
1am liao....veri tired..but still cn't get to sleep...got to sleep...need the sleep..cos need to wake up early...to send some goodies frens off...they r goin back to SG liao...hmm...is it been feeling unwell for the pass few days? or peharps...can't bear to see them leave...."haiz"....i thk it's both....

didn't wait for my clock to ring..i woke up 15mins ealier at 4.15am....
had my shower..woke my hubby up...have some coffee...b4 we set off to Bordeaux airport...

there r two batches of frens goin back....the 1st batch taking the plane off at 6.55am...when we arrived...they still yet to check in due to some problems..some of them've exceeded the weight limit for their baggages..and they r waiting for a letter which extra weight limit wil b given to their baggages..but too bad...the letter is onli useable from Paris to SG not Bordeaux to Paris..so end up...they had to pay...but quite supriserly the airport personel charge one of my frens...50% off..tht's mean they dun need to pay in full amt for the exceeded weight..only half of it...i thk for the rest wil b give 50% off too ba...hmmm...so kind of them..."haiz"..when everythg got settled dw..it's ordie 6.50am...they got to go liao...so not much time to take pics with them...a bit disappointed...

after sending the 1st batch off...we went walk walk around...had some more coffee b4 sending our 2nd batch of frens....who are taking off at 7.55am...wow..the airport is packed with a lot of our SG pp....chatted around with some of my frens..and had some *pics taking b4 they headed in....

hubby just got well and now is me...it's always like tht huh...?!?!
when one need to recover fast...tht's is to spread it to e other...hmm?!?!?!...it had been an old tales sayin lah...well...(shrug)

tis is the worst cold i ever got....never ever had ganna so badly b4....and guess wht...three *cheers* for myself....it's e the 1st time...i drank the most -> "plain water"....i thk got at least 2-3 "litres" of water per day....it's per day hoi...."kaoz"...last time i thk i onli drank onli a few mouth..i thk onli 200-400ml ba...wahahaha..and the rest is soft drink loh....hee....i dun like water with no taste...had not been sleepin well for e pass few days when i'm down....finally last nite..i got one nite with good sleep...

*sigh*...
feeling much better liao....but the sneezer, running nose, giddiness, fever on and off still clutching on me....well..b4 i feel tired...let me post some pics....

nen&ven Travel tales is up!!! and PigeonPigeon?!?!?!

hey hey frens...

wow...been here at France for abt 2yrs 7mths liao....time reallie pass by fast....hee...

yesterday when i was abt to roll down my shutter...saw tis pigeon sitting inside the brown pot...it got startled and flew to the conern of my balcony...

heehee...dun noe whether tht pigeon yesterday is daddy or mummy...so i went to search the web...and tis is wht i got from one of the web....

How do pigeons raise their babies?
Pigeons make nests of small twigs or stems which the males bring to the females one piece at a time. The nests are usually well-hidden, such as on high ledges, under bridges, or in empty buildings. Pigeons usually lay two white eggs. The parents take turns keeping the eggs warm. Males usually stay on the nest during the day and the females stay on the nest at night. Eggs take about 18 days to hatch. Both parents produce a special milk which they feed, beak to beak, to their young during the first week. Scientists think that once pigeons mate, they stay together for life.

so...i thk yesterday tht pigeon shl b mummy....cos it oredi late in the evening around 9pm thou it still look bright...heehee... and aren't they clever to found a ready nest in my garden in tht brown pot where all my flowers have withered and gone? heehee
